Know Your CO2, CapnoTrainer Ltd (UK)
United Kingdom

Speaker Bio: VJ is the CEO of London-based fintech company VYZYO, focused on financial inclusion and digital transformation in Africa. With a background in pharmacology, he has spent over a decade exploring breathing, wellbeing and human performance. Formerly Co-Founder of The International Centre for Breathwork and Founder of Breathing Plus, he worked with modalities such as NLP and Pranayama, but felt many lacked scientific rigour. His introduction to world-renowned breathing expert Dr Peter Litchfield reshaped his understanding of breathing behaviour and CO₂ regulation. Today, VJ advocates evidence-based respiratory physiology to support physical health, mental clarity and sustainable performance - professionally and personally.

Company Bio: CapnoTrainer is a science-based wellness and training system designed to measure carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels and breathing behaviour in real time. Unlike generic breathing apps or techniques, it provides objective physiological feedback, helping individuals recognise triggers and understand how their breathing influences focus, stress responses and overall wellbeing. Rooted in respiratory physiology and behavioural science, CapnoTrainer supports awareness and retraining of inefficient breathing patterns associated with fatigue, anxiety, headaches, dizziness and brain fog. It bridges scientific insight with practical application, offering organisations a measurable foundation for improving physical health, mental clarity and sustainable human performance.

Title of your talk: Breathing Behaviour: The Foundation of Wellbeing and Performance

Seminar Description: You will gain a new understanding of breathing as a behavioural driver of physiology, not simply a relaxation tool. You will see how subtle breathing habits can disrupt carbon dioxide (CO₂) balance and vascular regulation - contributing to anxiety, panic, fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep and a racing heart. The session challenges common breathing myths and clarifies the difference between mechanics and respiratory chemistry. You will leave with a clearer lens on how breathing patterns shape stress reactivity, decision-making, energy and recovery - helping reduce burnout and absenteeism.
