As the European Director of People & Culture at HiBob, Toby’s primary focus is overseeing the HR strategy and agenda for HiBob in the UK, Netherlands and Germany, and the Customer Success team globally. Toby, who started his career at Deloitte Consulting, has spent the last 6 years in HR leadership positions across scale-ups and startups.
