Speaker Bio: Tina Shahara Rahman is the founder of HR Habitat, an HR and employment law consultancy working with organisations ranging from high-profile creative-led brands to London’s prestigious Citibank. HR Habitat is also a two-time award-winning practice proud recognised for efforts above and beyond people management. More recently, Tina has launched Power of Perception, a programme designed for high-influence leaders operating in high-stakes environments, helping them to THINK differently about how unconscious perceptions shape behaviour, judgement, and outcomes. Through her work in the UK and beyond, Tina has seen leaders feel empowered when they learn to challenge their perceptions and question their conditioning. Her belief is simple: when leaders understand the “power of perception”, workplaces become calmer, fairer, and more productive. Tina believes that if all people of influence can identify what she calls “perception patterns”, then we will finally see a world free of hidden and intentional biases by leaders who mean well.
