Title of your talk: Physical Resilience: Why Wellbeing Programmes Stal
Seminar Description: Many workplace wellbeing initiatives are well intentioned but quietly fail once physical discomfort, fatigue or limitation appear. This session explores physical resilience as a missing but rarely discussed factor in sustained participation. Drawing on leadership experience and personal practice training through joint limitation, the talk examines why consistency matters more than intensity, how discomfort drives disengagement, and how programmes can be designed around tolerance rather than motivation. The session reframes wellbeing away from idealised effort and towards realistic capability that people can maintain over time.
