Ross Testa is the Founder of 3 Heads Agency, a family run business that specialises in video production, social media and personal brand management. Since founding the company in 2018 from his university bedroom, Ross has gone on to work with a variety of high profile brands including Lego, TUI and Just Eat as well as personalities including Lord Sugar, David Haye and Fred Siriex.

He has been awarded in 2023 Business Person of The Year and Creative Entrepenur Of The Year whilst being featured in Forbes and BBC News.
