Speaker Bio:

Natalie Smit-Ash is the founder and director of Chillout Retreats. With over 25 years of expertise in the field of complementary health and wellbeing event hosting in the UK and abroad. Natalie is an award winning yoga & pilates teacher with specialist menopause training, Natalie is also a fully qualified holistic therapist & reiki master/ practitioner.

 

Lucie Simon from Feel Good Food is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist, retreat chef and recipe developer, specialising in menopause, Lucie supports midlife women to thrive via her nutrition programmes and packages. Lucie hosts wellbeing talks on retreats and for corporates and is on the panel at Menopause Experts.
