Michelle Smorfitt
Speaker Bio: Michelle is a resilience researcher and practitioner, workplace wellbeing consultant, and coach who bridges human insight with scientific rigour. She balances the soft facilitation, coaching, and leadership development with the hard research, data science, psychometrics, product innovation, and measurable impact. By combining human-centred practice with evidence-based methodology, she co-creates solutions that strengthen performance, resilience, and wellbeing while delivering clear, sustainable ROI for individuals, teams, and organisations. Drawing on mind body science, nature, and social connection, Michelle takes an integrated, holistic approach. She holds an MSc in Integrative Health and Wellbeing (Distinction) and is completing her PhD 2026.
