Speaker Bio: Kate has over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health, across a variety of sectors, including the Prison Service and Community Substance Misuse and Mental Health Service. She leads on The Work Health Hub, a programme at the University of Derby, offering consultancy, a membership platform hosting resources and practical toolkits, and research in the field of health and wellbeing. Working closely with businesses of all shapes and sizes, Kate supports them in rolling out key mental health  This seminar will explore the concept of human sustainability and how this is the driving force behind success in any modern organisation.
