Georgina Killick
Speaker Bio: I am a mental health and wellbeing practitioner with up to 10 years' experience supporting individuals and organisations to build resilience, prevent burnout, and improve sustainable performance. My background combines evidence-informed mental health practice with yoga-based approaches that support nervous system regulation, stress management, and recovery. I am also a trainee counsellor, deepening my clinical understanding and reflective practice. I work at the intersection of mental health, movement, and mindset, translating complex wellbeing concepts into practical, accessible strategies. My approach is preventative, human-centred, and grounded in real-world workplace pressures, helping people feel supported earlier rather than reaching a crisis point.
