Cross-Sector Innovation for SME Growth
As AI adoption accelerates, many SMEs remain at risk of decline despite investing heavily in digital tools. The real challenge is trapped value, underused assets, disconnected processes, and siloed ways of working that limit growth. Using practical examples, this session outlines the strategic shift SMEs need to identify hidden opportunities and unlock value across their ecosystem. To avoid going concern risk, businesses must strengthen interoperability across people, processes, and sectors, enabling more connected, resilient, and scalable ways of working in an AI-enabled economy.
