After 29 years in education, he transitioned from leading a school to building a multi-million-pound business alongside his career, creating long-term security and life choices for his family. Derek is passionate about resilience, leadership and helping others build multiple income streams in a changing world. Drawing on lessons from education, business and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, he challenges people to raise their standards, rethink security and build assets that create freedom, flexibility and lasting impact.
