intheOffice is the scheduling and organisation tool that allows people to see where their colleagues are planning to work each day, so that each team can coordinate their schedules and work from the best location to be productive.
Unlike traditional desk booking apps, which only focus on office use, we take a “people first” approach starting with everyone setting their daily status to be one of:
- in the office,
- working from home,
- working offsite – e.g. at a client’s office/at a conference/etc, or
- away – on holiday or sick.
This way you always have context about where people are and when they are available/unavailable
