How Generation Z Will Change the Role of the People Manager?
14 Mar 2024
Gen Z, people born between 1997 and 2012, will make up a third of the workforce by the decade's end. Those already in are not at all like the generations before them. They care about DEI; they might refuse to take on a project that works against their principles and come with a pretty good set of mental health issues. They are the real digital natives in the workplace and grew up with smartphones and social media. This session will review and discuss what Gen Z is bringing to the workplace, both positive and negative, and how they will change companies. Will they “talk the talk” - or deliver real change to the company and branding?
